Lamborghini Asks NHTSA to Rule Noncompliance with Tire Pressure Monitoring System Standard as Inconsequential

Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. has submitted a petition to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) requesting a decision that the noncompliance of certain model year 2008-2014 Lamborghini passenger cars with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 138, Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems, is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
