Supreme Corporation has petitioned the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to determine that noncompliance with a specific federal safety standard for bus glazing materials is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety, affecting certain model year 2015-2016 Supreme Classic American Trolley buses manufactured between October 1, 2014 and November 2, 2015.
