Ford Motor Company Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance with Head Restraints Standard

Ford Motor Company has determined that certain model year 2015-2017 Ford F-150 and Ford F-Super Duty pickup trucks do not meet the safety standards set by the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 202a, Head Restraints. Ford has filed a report and petitioned the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a decision on the inconsequential nature of this noncompliance.
