DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose FAR Amendment to Revise Administrative Contract Costs

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to better evaluate bids for multiple contract awards, with the goal of reducing administrative costs.
