DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Reduce High Global Warming Potential Hydrofluorocarbons in Government Procurement

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are implementing a final rule to replace high global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons with alternatives in government contracts, in line with the President's Climate Action Plan and the Executive Order on Planning for Sustainability in the Next Decade.
