Submission for OMB Review; Bid Guarantees, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Alternative Payment Protections

The Regulatory Secretariat Division is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an extension to a previously approved information collection requirement related to bid guarantees, performance and payment bonds, and alternative payment protections. The request is mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
