NMFS Seeks Comments on Proposed Regulations for Marine Mammal Incidental Harassment at Kodiak Launch Complex

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is requesting public comments on a proposal to issue regulations and Letters of Authorization (LOAs) to the Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) for incidental harassment of Steller sea lions and harbor seals during space launch operations at the Kodiak Launch Complex in Alaska from February 2011 to February 2016.
