Submission for OMB Review; Notification of Ownership Changes

The Regulatory Secretariat Division is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning notification of ownership changes, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
