GSA Issues Clarification on Nondiscrimination in Federal Workplace

The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued a Federal Management Regulation (FMR) bulletin to clarify that its facilities are subject to nondiscrimination requirements that include gender identity, following interpretations by other federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Education (ED), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
