Submission for OMB Review: Report of Shipment Extension Request

The Regulatory Secretariat Division is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend a previously approved information collection requirement for report of shipment, following a notice published in the Federal Register on June 15, 2016, which received no comments.
