DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Consolidation and Bundling Policy

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a governmentwide policy on consolidation and bundling of contracts, as mandated by the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 and regulatory changes made by the Small Business Administration.
