DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule Adding Ukraine and Moldova as New Designated Countries Under WTO GPA

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and designate Ukraine and Moldova as new countries under the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA).
