DOD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule on Government Contractor Employee Compensation Costs

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to limit government contractor employee compensation costs, with some exceptions for certain specialists.
