Government Agency Submits Request for Extension of Preaward Survey Forms
The Regulatory Secretariat Division is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to extend the use of preaward survey forms, including Standard Forms 1403 through 1408, for an additional period under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
