DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Clarification on 8(a) Sole-Source Contract Requirements

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to provide clearer guidance on the justification requirements for awarding 8(a) sole-source contracts exceeding $22 million.
