DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendment to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Foster Industry Collaboration

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing a rule to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016, which aims to encourage responsible and constructive exchanges between government agencies and industry, while maintaining fair competition.
