Federal Acquisition Regulation; Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces; Injunction

The US Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have published a final rule in the Federal Register to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in response to the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order (E.O.). The rule aims to improve compliance with labor standards during federal contract performance, following a preliminary injunction issued by a Federal District court on October 24, 2016.
