U.S. International Trade Commission Adopts Remand Recommended Determination Against uPI Semiconductor Corporation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has increased the total number of days uPI Semiconductor Corporation of Taiwan violated a 2010 consent order by 11 days, resulting in a $650,000 civil penalty and the termination of an enforcement proceeding.
