USITC Seeks Public Comments on NVIDIA and Other Chip Manufacturers' Relief from Exclusion Order

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is soliciting public comments on a recommended relief plan by a presiding administrative law judge, which includes a limited exclusion order against certain graphics processing chips and products containing the same, imported by NVIDIA Corporation and other companies, and a cease and desist order against these companies.
