U.S. International Trade Commission Grants Joint Motions to Amend Investigation and Terminate Part of Probe into AliphCom

The U.S. International Trade Commission has agreed to modify its investigation into AliphCom, formerly known as Jawbone, after the company reached a settlement agreement, allowing the probe to be terminated in part.
