U.S. International Trade Commission Modifies GSP Investigation Following USTR Withdrawal of Petition Advice

The U.S. International Trade Commission has amended its investigation into the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program after the U.S. Trade Representative withdrew its request for advice regarding withdrawn petitions, following a letter from the USTR on February 16, 2016.
