US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations on Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey

The US Commission has scheduled the final phase of investigations into whether imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey are harming the US industry, following preliminary findings that these imports are being sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Turkish government.
