U.S. International Trade Commission Finds No Violation of Tariff Act by Solofill LLC and DongGuan Hai Rui Precision Mould Co., Ltd.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has closed an investigation into Solofill LLC and DongGuan Hai Rui Precision Mould Co., Ltd. after finding no evidence of a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has issued cease and desist orders to the defaulting companies Eko Brands, LLC, Evermuch Technology Co., Ltd., and Ever Much Company, Ltd.
