USITC Investigation into Patent Infringement Allegations by Illumina, University of Washington, and UAB Research Foundation

Illumina, Inc., University of Washington, and UAB Research Foundation have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that certain companies are infringing on their patents for nanopores and products containing them. They are seeking an investigation and orders to stop the importation and sale of these products in the US.
