U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Surgical Stapler Devices and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination, allowing a joint motion to terminate an investigation into surgical stapler devices and components, following a consent order stipulation and proposed consent order.
