U.S. International Trade Commission Receives Complaint Over Patent and Trademark Infringement Allegations

Segway, Inc., DEKA Products Limited Partnership, and Ninebot (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on multiple patents and trademarks related to personal transporters, components, and packaging. The complaint was filed on May 18, 2016, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
