USITC Receives Complaint Alleging Patent Infringement by Certain Semiconductor Devices and Products

Tessera Technologies, Inc., Tessera, Inc., and Invensas Corporation have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain semiconductor devices and products infringe on three U.S. patents. They are seeking an investigation and limited exclusion orders to stop the importation and sale of these products in the US.
