U.S. Commission Seeks Public Input on Potential Violation of Section 337

The U.S. Commission is seeking public input on the potential impact of a recommended remedy for a potential violation of Section 337, as amended, in a case involving certain resealable packages with slider devices imported by Inteplast Group, Ltd. and Minigrip, LLC. The public is invited to submit comments on the public interest issues raised by the recommended relief.
