U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a joint motion to end an investigation based on a settlement agreement, following a settlement between Certain Chassis Parts Incorporating Movable Sockets and Components Thereof.
