U.S. Commission Launches Antidumping Duty Investigation into Korean Dioctyl Terephthalate Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun a preliminary investigation into whether imports of dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from Korea are being sold at below fair value, potentially harming the U.S. industry, and must reach a decision by August 15, 2016.
