U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Better Enterprise Co. Ltd. Without Review

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated Better Enterprise Co. Ltd. from an investigation, following a consent order and proposed consent order, and has closed the investigation.
