U.S. International Trade Commission Rejects Review of Investigation into Certain Inflatable Products, Issues Consent Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination terminating an investigation into inflatable products with tensioning structures, following a consent order stipulation and proposed consent order, and has issued a consent order to resolve the matter.
