U.S. International Trade Commission Decides Not to Review Initial Decisions in Certain Inkjet Printer Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial decisions made by an administrative law judge, which terminated certain companies from the investigation due to a settlement and withdrawal of the complaint for the remaining companies.
