U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Quartz Slabs and Portions Thereof

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review two initial determinations that terminated an investigation into the importation of certain quartz slabs, following a settlement agreement and the complainant's withdrawal of allegations.
