NMFS Issues Interim Reductions and Quota Revisions for 2011 Groundfish Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a rule to implement interim reductions to the 2010 harvest level for sablefish and revise quota pounds for individual fishing quota (IFQ) species, as well as adjust trawl rationalization program allocations for the start of the 2011 groundfish fishery.
