US Commission Seeks Public Input on Air Mattress Ruling

The US Commission is seeking public input on a recommended ruling by an administrative law judge (ALJ) that could lead to a limited exclusion order against certain air mattress systems imported by three companies: Sizewise Rentals LLC, American National Manufacturing Inc., and Dires LLC. The ALJ found that these companies did not demonstrate that the proposed remedies would harm public health or the US economy.
