USPTO to Host Public Symposium on Trade Secret Protection

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is hosting a public symposium to discuss recent developments in trade secret protection, following the enactment of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA) in May 2016 and amid ongoing domestic and international attention to trade secrets.
