USPTO Amends Patent Cooperation Treaty Procedures

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is updating its rules to align with changes to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) regulations, which will go into effect on July 1, 2017, and affect how documents are transmitted between the Receiving Office and International Searching Authorities.
