USPTO Clarifies Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Rules of Practice
The USPTO published a final rule revising the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board's rules of practice, clarifying deadlines for certain motions and promoting clarity and efficiency in trial cases, effective January 14, 2017.
