National Marine Fisheries Service Extends Comment Period for Atlantic Sturgeon Listing

The National Marine Fisheries Service has extended the public comment period for the proposed listing of five distinct population segments of Atlantic sturgeon as endangered or threatened until February 3, 2011, following the publication of two separate proposed listing determinations on October 6, 2010.
