New Toy Safety Standard Mandated by Federal Law

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has made ASTM F963-16, a standard for toy safety, a mandatory safety standard for toys, following procedures outlined in the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
