Safety Standard Mandating ASTM F963 for Toys

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has made ASTM F963-17, a standard for toy safety, mandatory for manufacturers. The new standard, which updates the previous version, allows for the accreditation of third-party testing bodies to ensure compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA).
