Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection Corrects Mortgage Servicing Rules Under Regulation X and Z

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is making several corrections to its 2016 Mortgage Servicing Final Rule, including fixing typographical errors and updating the effective date of certain provisions, with the changes taking effect on April 19, 2018.
