FCC Announces OMB Approval of Reporting Requirements for U.S. International Telecommunications Providers
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the reporting requirements for U.S. providers of international telecommunications services for a period of three years, as outlined in the FCC's Second Report and Order (IB Docket No. 04-112, FCC 13-6). This approval is consistent with the Second Report and Order, which mandated the publication of a document in the Federal Register announcing the OMB approval and the effective date of the requirements.
