FCC to Review Effective Competition Rules for Cable Operators

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking input on whether to establish a rebuttable presumption that cable operators are subject to effective competition, a change that could impact the regulation of basic cable rates and the implementation of the STELA Reauthorization Act of 2014.
