FCC Grants Exemption for Package Delivery Notifications Under TCPA

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted a petition by the Cargo Airlines Association to exempt package delivery notifications from the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's (TCPA) restrictions, allowing consumers to opt out of future messages if they wish, as long as they are not charged.
