Television Market Modification; Statutory Implementation

The Federal Communications Commission proposes new rules to modify the satellite television market, aiming to implement the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act Reauthorization Act of 2014. The proposed rules will revise the current cable market modification rule to apply to satellite carriage and address the unique aspects of satellite television service.
