FCC Adopts Proposal to Modify HD Broadcast Signal Carriage Exemption

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted a proposal by the American Cable Association and the National Association of Broadcasters to modify the exemption from carrying high-definition broadcast signals for small cable systems, which was granted in 2012.
