FCC Waives U-NII Device Compliance Requirements in 5 GHz Band

The Federal Communications Commission has waived certain rules for National Information Infrastructure devices in the 5 GHz band, in response to a request from interested parties to extend the compliance deadline as part of a larger review of the U-NII-3 band transition provision.
