FCC Streamlines Effective Competition Process for Cable Operators

The Federal Communications Commission has implemented Section 111 of the STELA Reauthorization Act of 2014, adopting a rebuttable presumption that cable operators are subject to Competing Provider Effective Competition, aiming to improve and expedite the Effective Competition process for small cable operators.
